Each Butterfly Bakery Double Chocolate muffin is really 300 calories, not 150 calories, as you can see on their updated label. But I would love to find someone who has had them tested. It costs a bit of money, so I haven't done it yet, but maybe I will soon and I will let you know.

The muffins are FDA tested, so I think they are accurate. FYI, the muffin is about 4 ounces. When comparing the weight and calories to Vita Muffins and Vita Tops, they are the same calories per gram, respectively, but way better!

If anyone happens to test these independently, please let me know!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1641516958460317442.post-27675110915299923812009-01-20T19:44:00.000-05:002009-01-20T19:44:00.000-05:00Yay! I don't think it would be possible to make a decent muffin that has fewer than 50 calories per oz, so if the muffin is 3 oz, then it might really be 150 calories....and that's a stretch because usually low fat baked goods are about 60 calories per weight oz.

On another note, I've booked the trip to Italy!Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
